Five questions worth asking.

  1. What was measured, in whom, at what scale and against which comparator?
  2. What would need to be true for this result to work outside the study?
  3. Which cost, safety or regulatory constraint remains unresolved?
  4. Who benefits commercially from the claim?
  5. What evidence would change the conclusion?

Cite the work, preserve the nuance.
